Unlike a mortgage net branch, where you have enormous responsibility of licensing, accountability, and liability, Virtual Mortgage Services (VMS) is the sales and management organization for our lending partners, and trained processors and licensed mortgage professionals will take your deal from start to finish under your management. Approved VMS Sales Managers will receive the following:
